Job Overview:
ISI WHITESPACE ARCHITECTS The Design Associate is pivotal in crafting innovative and forward-thinking design solutions across diverse projects, in line with client objectives and a commitment to design distinction. Responsibilities include project oversight, ensuring top-notch design delivery, and adhering to timelines and client specifications outlined in the Design Brief. Additionally, the role entails offering guidance, mentorship, and fostering a creative team environment for optimal collaboration and excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop innovative design solutions for projects.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and the design team to understand project goals.
Engage in the design process from conceptualization to final implementation.
Research materials, building systems, and design trends to inform design choices.
Effectively communicate and coordinate design concepts with team members.
Ensure designs align with project objectives, budgets, and timelines.
Promote sustainable design principles and practices.
Aid in the preparation of project specifications and documentation.
Stay informed on industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Keep up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's preferred).
At least 10 years of relevant experience.
AIA or RIBA certification is a plus.
Must be a licensed Professional Architect or Engineer from a recognized architectural or engineering body.
Salary is based on experience.
