২০২৪ এ এসে কোন স্কিল টা শিখবো?
অনেকে ক্যারিয়ার গড়ার জন্য গাইডলাইন চান তাদের জন্য একটু চেষ্টা করলাম।
বর্তমানে ফ্রিল্যান্সিং করতে অনেক মানুষ ই চায় কিন্তু আগ্রহ অনুযায়ী ধৈর্য কম এবং ভুল মানুষের খপ্পরে পড়ে টাকা এবং সময় দুটোই লস করে। তাই তাদেরকে আমি বলবো প্রথমত আপনাকে ধৈর্যশীল হতে হবে। তারপর আপনাকে গুগল রিসার্স করা জানতে হবে। কিভাবে গুগল ব্যবহার করে কোন সমস্যায় পড়লে সমস্যার সমাধান করা যায়।
আমার পিনপোস্টের সূচিপত্রটা আগে পড়ে নিবেন।
ইংলিশ নিয়ে মোটামোটি ধারণা থাকতে হবে। তারপর ল্যাপটপ না কিনে ডেক্সটপ কিনবেন তাতে ভালো আউটপুট পাবেন।

আরো অনেক ধরনের স্কিল আছে সেগুলো গুগল এবং ইউটিউব থেকে ধারণা নিবেন। ১ সপ্তাহ করে সময় নেন। একেক টা স্কিল রিসার্চ করার জন্য। প্রয়োজনে আরো বেশি সময় নিবেন।
কোন স্কিল টা বেশি দীর্ঘস্থায়ী তা নির্বাচন করবেন। এবং কোন স্কিল টা আপনার কাছে ভালো লাগে টাকা বেশি ইনকাম করা যায় সেটা দেখবেন। তারপর সমস্যায় পড়লে বা কাজ করার সময় কোন সমস্যায় পড়লে কোন মানুষ এবং কোন গ্রুপ থেকে সহজে আপনি সাপোর্ট পাবেন তা রিসার্স করে দেখবেন।
অনলাইনে বিভিন্ন মার্কেটপ্লেস থেকে ইনকাম করতে পারবেন।একেক কাজের জন্যে একেক ধরনের ওয়েবসাইট আছে। যেমনঃ ফাইবার, আপওয়ার্ক ফ্রিল্যান্সিং . কম ইত্যাদি। আবার Out Of marketplace এ অনেক ক্লায়েন্টের কাজ করতে পারবেন।
এছাড়া মাইক্রো স্টক মার্কেপ্লেট আছে, ওয়েবসাইট টেমপ্লেট সেল করার ও মার্কেটপ্লেস আছে। প্যাসিব ইনকামের ও অনেক পথ আছে গ্রাফিক এবং ওয়েব ডিজাইনারদের জন্য।
তারপর আপনি সবকিছু দেখার পর ভাববেন সিদ্ধান্ত নিবেন আপনি কোন স্কিল ডেভেলপ করবেন। যেটা শিখলে আপনি দীর্ঘস্থায়ী কাজ করতে পারবেন । অনেক টাকা ইনকাম করতে পারবেন।
কেউ বলে দিলো অমুক কাজ শিখেন তমুক কাজ শিখেন কিন্তু আপনার সেটা ভালো লাগলোনা তারপর ছেড়ে দিলেন তাহল আপনার সময় লস হবে। হতাশ হয়ে পরবেন।
তারপর যদি আপনার ব্রেইন ভালো থাকে প্রতিদিন কমপক্ষে ৫-৬ ঘন্টা শিখার কাজে ব্যয় করতে পারেন তাহলে আপনি ৫-৬ মাস বেসিক স্কিল ডেভেলপ করে কোন একজন্য বড় ভাই বা মেন্টর এর কাছ থেকে পরামর্শ নিবেন বা কোনো পেইড কোর্স নিবেন সাপোর্ট পাওয়ার জন্য।
প্রতিদিন সিনিয়র ভাইদের কাজ দেখবেন। দেখে দেখে অনুশীলন করবেন। গ্রুপে Practice work লিখে পোস্ট করবেন। সেই কপি করা কাজ কখনো আপনার Portfolio তে রাখবেন না। যখন আপনি নিজে নিজে কাজ করার পর বেশিরভাগ অভিজ্ঞ বড় ভাইয়েরা আপনার কাজের প্রশংসা করবে তখন আপনি নিজেই আপনার Improvement বুঝতে পারবেন।
তখন বুঝতে পারবেন কখন আপনার মার্কেটপ্লেসে যাওয়া উচিত বা জব করা উচিত।
ফেসবুকে অনেক গ্রুপ আছে যেগুলো খুঁজে খুঁজে বের করে তাতে পোস্ট করবেন । ফলো করবেন। তারপর ১ বছর পর বা এর কম বেশিও লাগতে পারে তখন আপনি উপযুক্ত বলে বিবেচিত হবেন।
এর সাথে সাথে ইংলিশেও এক্সপার্ট হতে হবে । যদি আপনি বায়ারের মেসেজ বুঝে রিপ্লাই দিতে পারেন কমপক্ষে এতটুকু পরিমান ইংলিশ জানতে হবে।
