Emotional intelligence helps us to build strong relationships, succeed at work, and achieve our goals. It is the ability to identify, use, understand, and manage our emotions in positive and constructive ways. It’s about recognizing our own emotional state and the emotional sates of others.
Emotions are all around us in the office, and it’s important for leaders to understand how to harness them to cultivate productivity and positive relationships.
