Job Position: Agile Project Manager
Job Location: Monipuri Para, Dhaka
Salary Range: 35K-45K/Month
About The Role:
We are looking for an Agile Project Manager (PM) to supervise, track and report on all stages of multiple projects. The PM’s ultimate responsibility is to apply agile project management knowledge, skills, tools, and practices to ensure that the project generates successful outcomes and that teams are highly engaged and productive. He or she should be skilled at getting the best out of the people and project.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of professional Agile Project Management experience
• 8 overlapping hours of work per day with a major US Time Zone
• A keen attention to detail
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and follow up the deliverables of the team members using different project management tools like JIRA/Agile
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless ex*****on of projects;
• Ensure resource availability and allocation;
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques;
• Report and escalate to management as needed;
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors;
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
Qualifications:
• Graduate from any reputed university
• Minimum 2 years of experience; Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector;
• Excellent internal and external communication skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;
• Strong working knowledge of Project Management tools like JIRA and Agile methodology; PMP certification is a plus;
• Strong background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis.
Additional Information:
• Communication is extremely important. Candidates need to be able to communicate not only with the developers but also with management, non-tech team members & external parties.
