Position: Management Trainee Officer (MTO)

🕒 Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (supporting US business hours)
⏱️ Probation Period: 6 months
Salary & other Benefits:
💸 Salary: BDT 32,000 (During probation)
📈 After probation: BDT 37,000 + KPI-based bonuses

🎓 Requirements
✅ Must have a Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)

• Learn core business operations, management processes, and company policies
• Assist in coordinating tasks between US clients and internal teams
• Analyze and help improve business workflows and operational efficiency

• Develop skills in business operations, communication, and problem solving
