About the Role
We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Business Development team at Innovation Place BD Ltd., a technology-driven company working at the education sector. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our presence across schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions nationwide.

University Result Processing & Certificate Management System
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Conduct direct, Door to door marketing, in-person sales visits to schools, colleges, and universities
Achieve monthly and quarterly target-based sales goals as set by the management, ensuring consistent revenue growth and client acquisition.
Arrange and attend virtual or in-person meetings with potential clients.
Negotiate and close deals while collecting client feedback for product improvement.
Provide basic software support and manage customer service queries.
Maintain detailed records of sales and support activities; prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Support other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
Minimum age: 18 years
Gender: Male candidates only
Bachelor’s degree from any reputed university (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Prior experience in sales or client support will be an added advantage
Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT tools
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic about learning
Compensation
Salary Range: BDT 15,000 – 30,000 (Based on experience and performance)
Performance-based incentive structure
Festival bonuses (after 1 year of service)
Hands-on training in business development, leadership, analytics, and client engagement
