• Inbox/Message us with your problems / let us know you need advice/solution regarding IT.
• We will review your issues and give you feedback.
• We charge 50 Taka or 1 dollar for every problem.
• After receiving your payment we will guide/advice you via messenger or whatsapp


*** If needed we will remotely login to your device to solve issue.
*

** If an issue took more than 30 minutes then we charge additional 50 Taka or 1 dollar for every next 30 minutes.
*** If we can't solve your problem via phone or remotely, you have to bring your device at our office (Money Return Not applicable)

আমরা কীভাবে কাজ করি

• আপনার সমস্যা গুলো আমাদের ইনবক্স /মেসেজ করুন অথবা আইটি সম্পর্কিত পরামর্শ / সমাধান প্রয়োজন হলে তা আমাদের জানান।
• আমরা আপনার সমস্যা গুলো পর্যালোচনা করে আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করবো।
• আমরা প্রতিটি সমস্যার জন্য ৫০ টাকা বা ১ ডলার চার্জ করি।
• আপনার অর্থ প্রদানের পরে আমরা আপনাকে Messenger বা whatsapp মাধ্যমে গাইড / পরামর্শ দেব।

*** প্রয়োজন হলে সমস্যা সমাধানের জন্য আমরা TeamViewer / AnyDesk এর মাধ্যমে আপনার ডিভাইসে / কম্পিউটার এ লগইন করব)।
*** যদি কোন সমস্যা ৩০ মিনিটের বেশি সময় নেয় তবে আমরা অতিরিক্ত প্রতি ৩০ মিনিটের জন্য ৫০ টাকা বা ১ ডলার করে চার্জ করি।
*** আপনার সমস্যা আমরা যদি ফোনে বা রিমোটলি সমাধান না করতে পারি, তৱে আপনার ডিভাইস/কম্পিউটার আমাদের অফিস এ নিয়ে আসতে হবে। (পরামর্শের টাকা ফেরৎ দেওয়া হয় না)।
