𝐆𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐮𝐭 𝐓𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 is looking for passionate online sales executives to join our Online sales team. The online sales executive's responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our clients databases, and meeting sales targets.
𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
● Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
● Researching prospects and generating leads.
● Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
● Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
● Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
● Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
● Building and maintaining a Client's Databases.
● Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
● Participating in sales team meetings.

𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
● Both Male and Female are encouraged to Apply
● 1+ years of online sales experience.
● Excellent customer service and sales skills.
● Strong verbal and written communicator.
● Excellent phone and presentation skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
● Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
● Knowledge of customer service principles and procedures.
● Experience in troubleshooting and resolving customer problems.

𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐬:
● Full-time
● 6 Days (10 AM to 8 PM)

𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞:
● Mohammadpur Office

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬:
● Performance Bonus (After getting Eligibility)
● Salary Review: Half-Yearly
● Festival Bonus: 2 (After getting Eligibility)
