🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a Mid-Level Backend Software Engineer who is passionate about building scalable backend systems, designing robust APIs, and optimizing performance for high-traffic applications.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
🧠 Backend Development
- Develop, maintain, and optimize backend systems using Laravel / PHP
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications
- Build scalable and secure backend architecture
- Write reusable, clean, and well-documented code
- Optimize database queries and schema design (MySQL / PostgreSQL)

⚙️ System Architecture & Engineering
- Design backend architecture for scalable applications
- Implement caching strategies (Redis or similar) for performance improvement
- Ensure security, authentication, and authorization best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve backend performance issues
- Maintain system stability and scalability

🤝 Collaboration
- Work closely with frontend developers and UI/UX teams
- Collaborate with product managers to define technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Translate business requirements into backend solutions

🔹 Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of professional experience in backend development
- Strong expertise in Laravel / PHP (OOP, MVC, REST API)
- Solid understanding of MySQL / PostgreSQL database design
- Experience with API authentication (JWT / OAuth / Sanctum)
- Strong knowledge of Git and collaborative workflows
- Understanding of caching, queues, and background jobs
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

🌍 Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building SaaS platforms or enterprise systems
- Familiarity with Redis, Docker, or message queues (RabbitMQ / SQS)
- Knowledge of microservices or modular architecture
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of system optimization and scaling strategies
- Experience mentoring junior developers
