Job Overview
Avanteca Limited is seeking a competent and motivated Mid-Level Laravel Developer to join our expanding development team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in delivering complete Laravel-based applications and a strong foundation in backend engineering best practices. This role provides the opportunity to work on production-grade systems and contribute to scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
Key Requirements
3–4 years of hands-on professional experience with Laravel
Minimum two (2) fully completed Laravel projects deployed in production environments
At least one (1) personal Laravel project (portfolio or GitHub link will be considered a strong advantage)
Strong understanding of Laravel MVC architecture and design patterns
Proven experience in RESTful API development and third-party API integration
Solid knowledge of MySQL, including database schema design and query optimization
Familiarity with Blade, Livewire, or Vue.js (preferred)
Practical experience using Git and modern version control workflows
Strong understanding of application security, performance optimization, and clean coding standards
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Laravel-based web applications
Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code
Collaborate closely with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and project stakeholders
Ensure best practices for application performance, scalability, and security
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system issues
Participate in code reviews and comply with established development standards
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Experience with Multi-Tier Architecture or Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
Prior experience developing SaaS platforms or POS systems
Hands-on deployment experience using cPanel, VPS, AWS, or similar environments
Experience integrating payment gateways and other third-party services
