আজ ১৪ ডিসেম্বর, শহীদ বুদ্ধিজীবী দিবস। পৃথিবীর ইতিহাসের এক কালো অধ্যায়। বিজয়ের উষালগ্নে দেশের শ্রেষ্ঠ সন্তান হারানোর দুঃসহ যন্ত্রণার দিন।ফুলে ফুলে ভরে যাবে শহীদ বুদ্ধিজীবীদের স্মৃতিশৌধ। অসাম্প্রদায়িক ও মুক্তিযুদ্ধের চেতনাভিত্তিক সুখী-সমৃদ্ধ সোনার বাংলা গড়তে পারলেই তাদের আত্মত্যাগ স্বার্থক।
