🔎 About the Role

We are hiring a Mid-Level React Full-Stack Developer to join our on-site team in Dhaka. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of professional experience building production-ready web applications using React.js on the front end and Node.js & Django on the back end. You will collaborate closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

👉Develop and maintain user-facing features using React.js
👉Build and enhance backend services and APIs using Node.js and Django
👉Integrate front-end components with backend systems
👉Work with relational and NoSQL databases
👉Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
👉Debug issues and improve application performance
👉Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups
👉Follow best practices for security, scalability, and performance
👉Collaborate effectively in an on-site team environment

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

👉2–3 years of professional experience in full-stack web development
👉Strong experience with React.js (Hooks, component architecture)
👉Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+); TypeScript is a plus
👉Backend development experience with Node.js and Django
👉Solid understanding of Python
👉Experience building RESTful APIs
👉Knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases
👉Familiarity with Git and version control
👉Good communication skills and ability to work on-site in Dhaka

🌟 Nice-to-Have Skills

👉Experience with Django REST Framework (DRF)
👉Knowledge of Next.js
👉Familiarity with Redux, Zustand, or similar state management tools
👉Basic knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines
👉Exposure to cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Create modern, visually striking UI layouts

Build responsive, polished screens with pixel-perfect detailing

Convert UI concepts from Figma/Sketch into smooth interactive components

Develop reusable React components with clean structure

Ensure design harmony, spacing, typography & colors are consistent

Work closely with product & creative teams to craft delightful UX

Strong UI concepting ability — layout, spacing, color balance, typography
