* Collaborate with senior team members to understand client requirements and objectives for ERP implementation projects;
* Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate a smooth transition to the new ERP system.
* Document project progress, issues, and resolutions to maintain accurate records and assist in future implementations;
* Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation process.
