Requirements:
Experience (Mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales
- Strong and demonstrable experience in selling web and software solutions
- Proven track record of closing web and application service deals
- Experience in a software company is highly preferred
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- MBA is a plus
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Generate high-quality leads through outbound outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Identify businesses in need of web & application services
- Conduct discovery meetings and understand client requirements
2. Sales & Closing
- Present digital solutions confidently
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
- Lead negotiations and close deals independently
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
3. Strategy & CRM Management
- Maintain and update sales pipeline in CRM
- Develop outreach strategies for target industries
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure solution feasibility
4. Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitors and industry trends
- Identify new business verticals for website and web app services
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of website development, web applications, CMS, ERP, SaaS
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business value
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Experience with CRM tools & LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred
Remuneration
- BDT 45,000 – 60,000 (Based on experience & proven sales track record)
