Family Iftar Party 2026

The office felt a bit different last Thursday evening.

Instead of the usual, the hallways were filled with the energy of children and the chatter of families. We hosted our Family Iftar party, and having spouses and kids join us was a simple, grounding reminder of work is important, family matters more.

There is a certain warmth that comes from sharing a meal with family who support us behind the scenes. At CodeCrafters, "Community" isn’t a complex corporate concept; it’s just the feeling of sitting together, sharing a laugh, and making sure everyone has a place at the table.

To our colleagues and their wonderful families, thank you for coming into our space and making the evening so meaningful. It was an evening that reminded us that while the work we do is important, the people we do it for are the real priority.

CodeCrafters International is proud to continue support for the BUET CSE Fest 2026.

On February 5, our colleagues spent an inspiring day on the BUET campus, where we were honored by the presence and insights of Professor Dr. Tanzima Hashem, Head of the Department of CSE.

We thoroughly enjoyed engaging with participants during the Inter-University Programming Contest. Seeing over 110 teams from universities across the country assemble to showcase their creative problem-solving and technical excellence was a testament to the incredible talent in our tech community.

We are deeply grateful to the IUPC organizing team for their seamless arrangement and warm hospitality. The active participation and enthusiasm of our colleagues throughout the event made the experience even more rewarding.

Tamim Ahmed was raised in Savar. He completed his graduation in Computer Science and Engineering from the Islamic University of Technology. David J. Malan’s CS50 first sparked his interest in computers and programming, which later evolved into a keen interest for problem-solving throughout his university years and remains central to his professional work.

His interest and expertise in debating led him to become the Australasian Debate Champion in 2023 providing him with the opportunity to travel to four countries during his undergraduate years. Beyond the debating podium, he is a passionate sports enthusiast.

Farhan Tahmidul Karim grew up in Dhaka, with roots in Bogura. He completed his BSc. in Computer Science and Engineering from BUET in 2025. Farhan has a deep love for problem-solving. Whether it’s a technical challenge or an everyday puzzle, he enjoys thinking things through and arriving at elegant solutions.

We were happy to sponsor GameJam at BUET CSE Fest 2026

Our colleagues were present at BUET during the onsite evaluation and showcase, where selected teams presented their games to industry professionals.

Nafis Jamil and Mustafa Siam Ur Rafique from Codecrafters offered their expertise as judges and gave prize to the winners. It was encouraging to see the creativity, technical effort, and enthusiasm demonstrated by the participants throughout the event.
