𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞 – 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
Location: Aftabnagar, Dhaka (Near East-West University)
Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 7 PM (Includes 30-minute lunch break)
Employment Type: Full-time
Duration: 3 Months (after successful completion, you will be permanent)
Salary: BDT 6,000 – 8,000 per month (During Training Period, once permanent it will be up to BDT 12000-20000)

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐁𝐢𝐝𝐝𝐚𝐚𝐧?
Biddaan is Bangladesh’s next-generation AI-Powered Learning Management System (LMS) that empowers coaching centers, training institutes, and educators to efficiently run their operations both online and offline—while significantly boosting their revenue potential by up to 100%. In just over a year, we’ve onboarded 100+ clients and are rapidly growing.
𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:
1. Work directly with the COO & Business Development Manager, and learn about real-world client success strategies, KAM processes, and SaaS business operations.
2. Work on live client projects.
3. Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
4. Gather client feedback and collaborate with the product & tech teams for improvements.
5. Maintain CRM records and prepare insightful client reports.
6. Assist in organizing online/offline workshops, webinars, and engagement events.
7. Build strong professional communication and client success skills.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
1. Fresh graduates or final-year students in Business, Marketing, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
2. Strong communication skills in Bangla & English.
3. Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Google Workspace, or MS Office is a plus.
4. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
5. Positive attitude, team player, and client-focused mindset.
