Job Title: Strategic Assistant to the Managing Director
Job Type: Full-time (Remote). Weekly, five days of work.
Job Location: Work from Home
Required Experience: We value your potential more than the number of years you spent behind desks. So, no prior experience is mandatory. But a few years of experience would be helpful. However, if you have significant years of experience working in similar roles and are willing to take the position for a higher salary range, we would like to hear from you.
Salary: 65,000 BDT per month
Background: You will be trained and groomed directly by the Managing Director to take over a senior position within 12 months while assisting with strategic and operational tasks. This position involves unforeseen challenges, and the responsibilities cannot be enclosed within a fixed set of activities. Therefore, it will not suit you if you are after a typical 9-6 job or looking for interim employment before starting a different career (i.e. higher studies). On the other hand, there is a good fit if you aim for a career path to take a leading position in a dynamic organization with many talented engineers.
Skills & Requirements:
1. Excellent English communication skills are mandatory. If you ever wrote any article in English, you are encouraged to attach some samples with your application regardless of whether they were published.
2. Writing skills in Bangla will also be highly regarded, and you may attach your sample Bangla writings. Please notice that this requirement is optional and not an alternative to the first one.
3. Analytical abilities.
4. Enthusiasm for digital products.
5. Critical thinking ability.
6. High availability.
7. Persistence.
Job Responsibilities:
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Support the Managing Director to ensure the company goals and objectives are accomplished, operations are run efficiently, and best practices are upheld.
2. Maintain and refine internal processes coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflow.
3. Manage communication between the Managing Director and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
Educational Requirements:
B.Sc. in any discipline is expected. However, we will be flexible about educational requirements for candidates demonstrating extraordinary potential.
