We are looking for a 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 who can support day-to-day product ex*****on and help turn ideas into well-structured requirements for design and engineering teams.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working across teams to ensure smooth product delivery.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Break down product requirements into clear tasks for engineering
• Write feature briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Manage and update product backlogs
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to refine flows and user experiences
• Work closely with engineering teams during sprint planning and ex*****on
• Create and maintain user flows, process diagrams, and product documentation
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and feature benchmarking
• Support QA and ensure features meet requirements before release
• Track post-release issues and coordinate fixes

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a similar role
• Relevant internship experience will be considered
• Fresh graduates with strong practical skills are encouraged to apply
• Strong written communication and documentation skills
• Good understanding of usability, UX, and cross-functional collaboration

𝗢𝗻 𝟮𝟱 𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, 𝗞𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗚𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗼 𝗟𝘁𝗱. 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗝𝗿. 𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝗮 𝗛𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗿𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗸.

Following a comprehensive evaluation of submissions, it was identified that a number of participants violated the contest guidelines by using 𝗔𝗜 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 (𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗚𝗣𝗧) and other 𝘂𝗻𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀, which were strictly prohibited.

To maintain fairness and uphold the 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀, candidates found in breach of the rules 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗥𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱.

✅ 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Own and manage the growth funnel across marketing channels, covering both demand generation and demand capture.
• Monitor and manage channel performance to maintain stable acquisition efficiency and strong traffic quality within defined budget and return targets.
• Analyze relevant performance data as needed to identify gaps, guide optimizations, and support channel mix decisions.
• Build and maintain a balanced marketing channel mix to reduce reliance on any single source and improve long-term stability.
• Oversee structured creative testing and experimentation to improve engagement, user intent, and overall marketing effectiveness.
• Drive growth in brand interest, direct traffic, and other early demand signals that strengthen overall acquisition performance.
• Recommend campaign and budget adjustments to improve scalability and sustainable growth.
• Work closely with the PM, Data Analyst, and Marketing Executive to ensure growth initiatives align with business objectives and go-to-market direction.

✅ 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• 2–4 years of experience in growth or performance marketing
• Strong understanding of channel performance, budgeting, testing, and data-driven optimization.
• Working knowledge of funnel and cohort analysis.
• Good grasp of creative performance fundamentals.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with PM, Data, and Marketing teams; experience in multi-channel media buying or brand marketing is an added advantage.

✅ 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱
