We're thrilled to join forces with PRABRIDDHI, an initiative led by the Bangladesh Government and Swisscontact, to drive economic growth and support impactful local businesses.

The accounts executive will be responsible for the company's overall accounting and financial matters, establishing company-wide objectives, policies, procedures, processes, and practices to ensure a continuously sound financial accounting structure

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage and oversee all day to day financial activities

2. Prepare budget forecasts

3. Publish financial statements in time

4. Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

5. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

6. Ensure timely bank payments

7. Submit timely VAT returns and good understanding of corporate and personal tax

8. Manage balance sheets and profit/Moss statements

9. Report on the company's financial health and liquidity

10. Audit financial transactions and documents

11. Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

12. Prepare and implement financial planning across the whole organization

13. Control cash flow

14. Support the accounting and financial functions

15. Comply with financial policies and regulations

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting or Finance Part qualified accountant or Master's degree in Finance/Accounting or MBA Candidates who are working towards their professional qualification like ACCA, CIMA, ICAB will be given preference
