We're excited to announce the latest update for Total ISP Solution (TIS), version 9.8, tailored to meet the most requested features from our ISP's.

What’s New?
Real-Time ONU Status: On v9.8, view real-time data such as power, temperature, distance, voltage, VLAN etc on the client's profile, network diagrams, billing, and more via SNMP. All ONU statuses can be monitored from the 'Network & OLT > OLT' section anytime.

3. SOLITINE (EPON/GPON)
4. DBC (EPON/GPON)

Costing:
Enjoy Version 9.8 is free for a limited time! but an additional charge for the OLT as plugin is just 0.50 TK user/monthly. For example, your user limit is 2000, So 2000 X 0.50 = 1000tk will be add as OLT plugin charge with your monthly subscription fee.

Important Notice:
OLT features is still on test and might have some bugs. We are committed to refining our features with your ongoing support and feedback.

Dear TIS User,
Happy new year.
Please note that, you have to write your company short name on reference when you are paying monthly bill like “FCN”. Write company short name + space + SMS for bulk sms balance like “FCN SMS”. Write company short name + space + reseller id + space + SMS for reseller bulk sms balance like “FCN 2021451 SMS” to auto payment.

Otherwise you have to call me for payment confirmation.

Dear TIS User,
Recently for server migration (25th Sep at 12am to 4am) we made some changes. Your application should not effected. But please check

1st. Your all network are connected or not.
2nd. Receiving backup mail regularly or not.
3nd. Google map working or not.
4th. Device to device distance calculating or not.
5th. Telegram working properly or not.
6th. SMS working or not.
