Responsibilities:
- Greet and receive client and visitor at the front desk customer care.
- Provide information about our services to visitor as required.
- Face-to-Face Customer Support, Customer Support through Phone.
- Maintain documents of the front desk customer care prepare require reports.
- Solve any problem of client by help of concern department.
- Report to In charge/ Head of Customer Care and help him / her as and when required.
Requirements:
- Educational qualification is relaxed for the skilled person! Preferred qualification: Graduation from any reputed university in any discipline.
Requirements:
- Freshers are welcome. But preferred at least 1 year experienced person.
- Excellent computer operating skilled will be considered as plus point.
- Graphic designing skill will be considered as plus point.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills in Bengali & English will be considered as plus point.
- Applicant should be smart, gentle have patience and smiling face.
- Applicant should be able to work in a team.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to communicate effectively on the telephone.
