I’m looking to have a Warhammer 40k pin-up commissar designed for a project. It’s going to be nose art for a valkyrie just like the attached image of the pin-up inquisitor. I’d like her in a similar pose but with commissar attire and a las pistol instead of a torch.

The first picture is a reference picture of my character and the second is a reference to Berserker (Lancelot). Berserker has shadows around him hiding his identity. My character is level 31. 20 Levels into All for One, a quirk in the show My Hero Academia that allows me to steal abilities and features from any monster in dnd, except physical ones, (Example, Two-Headed). 11 levels into the Servant class which allows me to summon a servant to aid me, which is Lancelot. My character is a compassionate man who tends to his subordinates needs but in realty will discard them when a better piece becomes available. My character also has another quirk alongside All for One which is nicknamed Pheonix. It gives me a pair of wings that are that of a Pheonix (Color of the wings can be red, black or anything matching my character design.) The wings are of course on fire and allow me to manipulate each feather according to my will.

Could you do a cartoon with an image of North Carolina as the base and Gov. The stranger was a couple of inches short of six feet and wore a violet v-neck tunic underneath a red and black stole and sash. From his sash hung a simple iron sword and an athame engraved with strange symbols. Small chains hung between piercings connecting the man's ears, nose, mouth and eyebrows in a symmetrical web. As he spoke the silver links offered a light, almost musical jingle to his words. Beneath his chains were several jagged scars that ran along the length of his visage in a chaotic mess. The final defining feature of the man's face was the bright red eyes which complimented his black hair.

I really want to make sure we're going for more of a tavern vibe as well. Something shorter and broader with more space ...

This is for a central image that is appropriate for use on a cellphone, with and expanded view that is also useful on a desktop.

Per previous discussion, having a more distant view of a tavern with an approaching figure. I would love to see a water element (lake, river).
A lived in feel with elements like a simple outbuilding.
