The founders have years of experience in implementing large scale multi-tier IT projects with companies like IBM, HP, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Sprint,
Bank of America, Wells Fargo Bank, Computer Science Corp, Sprint, Vonage, Xerox, US Census Bureau etc. Our experience covers critical industries like telecommunications, financials, supply chain management, human resources and government entities. The founders realized that technological advancement is extremely critical in order for Bangladesh to move forward into the new century and remain competitive with rest of the world. The current government also realized the same and launched the much-needed initiative of “Digital Bangladesh”. From our experience we know without proper methodologies and standards (i.e. “Six Sigma”, “Capacity Maturity Model”, “Water Fall”, “Agile Methodology”, etc) most of large scale IT projects fail to deliver intended goals and in the process waste millions of dollars and man hour of hard work.
