We're Hiring: Bangla Teachers for International Students

Position: Bangla Teacher.
Working Hours: Flexible (mostly at night)
Salary: Competitive salary (based on experience and class hours)
Education Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Bangla or a related field with strong proficiency in English.
Additional Requirements:
* Age 25 to 40 years.
* Proficiency in both Bangla and English is required.
* Previous teaching experience (online/offline) is preferable.
* Must have excellent communication and presentation skills both Bangla and English.
* Must be willing to learn and proactive.
* Must be patient, responsible and passionate about teaching.
Experience:
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Bangla language Teaching.
* Freshers but strong in English communication skill are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities & Context:
* Teaching Bangla language to English-speaking students on an online platform.
* Clearly presenting Bangla grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation through the medium of English.
* Developing lesson plans, learning materials and assignments.
* Assessing student progress and providing regular feedback.
* Ensuring an effective, interactive and engaging learning environment.
