Asthafy, a sister concern of Vista SysTech Limited, is a halal and ethical multi-vendor marketplace in Bangladesh. We connect verified sellers with buyers through a trusted digital platform focused on authenticity, responsible commerce, and a better marketplace experience for both vendors and customers.
Key Responsibilities
-Identify, approach, and onboard halal product vendors across Bangladesh
-Conduct in-person visits to shops, markets, business districts, and SME clusters to pitch Asthafy
-Explain Asthafy’s platform, benefits, and onboarding process to potential vendors
-Help vendors complete registration and list their first products
-Build and maintain a healthy vendor pipeline using CRM tools or structured spreadsheets
-Follow up with newly onboarded vendors to ensure they remain active and operational
-Collect vendor feedback and share it with the product, operations, and growth teams
-Attend trade fairs, bazaars, exhibitions, and community events to source potential vendors
-Meet weekly and monthly vendor acquisition targets
-Maintain proper reporting on outreach, onboarding progress, and vendor status
Required Qualifications
-1–3 years of experience in vendor acquisition, sales, business development, merchant onboarding, or a related field
-Comfortable with field work and face-to-face market visits
-Experience in e-commerce vendor onboarding, marketplace expansion, or merchant operations
-Familiarity with platforms such as Daraz, Chaldal, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar ecosystems
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly with small business owners
-Fluent in Bengali; basic English
-Smartphone-literate and able to demonstrate platform/app usage to vendors
-Organized, proactive, and target-oriented
-Comfortable working independently in the field
Preferred Qualifications
-Existing network among SME retailers in verticals such as fashion, food, cosmetics, or Islamic lifestyle products
-Motorcycle or own transport for field visits will be an advantage
