Berger Tech Consulting Limited is pleased to announce the successful go-live and project completion of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP implementation for Management and Resources Development Initiative (Mrdi Bd), a leading organization in Bangladesh’s NGO sector, on 14 May 2026.

The go-live ceremony was attended by top management from both MRDI and Berger Tech Consulting Limited, reflecting the strong collaboration behind this successful transformation journey. The event was graced by Ms. Rupali Haque Chowdhury, Managing Director of Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited and Director of Berger Tech Consulting Limited, Mr. Sazzad Rahim Chowdhury, Chief Financial Officer & Director of Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited and Director of Berger Tech Consulting Limited, and Mr. Hasibur Rahman, Executive Director of MRDI.

With Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, MRDI can streamline financial and operational processes, automate approvals and workflows, strengthen project-level financial visibility, and meet donor and regulatory requirements. The solution also enables improved budget control, real-time tracking of fund utilization, faster reporting, and greater operational efficiency across key organizational functions.

On 2nd–3rd February 2026, we came together for our Annual Team Building Event 2026 — a retreat designed to strengthen collaboration, celebrate teamwork, align on strategy, and appreciate the people who power our journey.

Hosted at the serene Green View Golf Resort, the event offered a refreshing escape from the usual hustle and bustle of life. Surrounded by fresh air, greenery, and a calm ambience, it was the perfect setting to pause, reconnect, and recharge as a team.

Alongside the fun, the retreat created meaningful space for learning and inspiration. The event began with leadership alignment and purpose-setting through insightful and motivational messages from our Top Management, reinforcing expectations, shared goals, and our collective outlook for the year ahead. This was followed by focused discussions on business direction, including reflections on sales performance, future vision, and growth opportunities.

Knowledge sharing remained a key highlight of the retreat. Engaging sessions by our Microsoft and SAP teams provided practical insights into business applications, ERP, CRM, and AI automation — reinforcing how we continue turning challenges into solutions with SAP & Microsoft Business Applications.

The true highlight, however, was the team's energy. As the day unfolded, the focus shifted to fun, bonding, and friendly competition. From team games and raffle draws to badminton matches, board games, and sports activities, the retreat brought out incredible team spirit, individuality, and camaraderie. Shared laughter, great food, and relaxed evening hangouts turned these moments into memories we’ll cherish for a long time.

More than just a retreat, these two days reflected who we are as an organization — powered by people, aligned by purpose, and driven by continuous growth.

As we move forward, we do so re-energized, connected, and motivated; ready to drive smarter decisions, stronger collaboration, and sustainable growth in the year ahead.
