𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞: Executive/Senior Executive – Customer Support (ISP)
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in ISP or enterprise network operations.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MTCRE, NSE, JNCIA, or equivalent will be considered an advantage.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals, including:
o Routing & Switching (Layer 2 / Layer 3 concepts)
o VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP
o Firewall & security infrastructure
o NAT, ACL, IDS/IPS
o VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL VPN, GRE Tunnel)
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring, diagnostics, and troubleshooting tools.
• Familiarity with ISP technologies such as PPPoE, MPLS, QoS, and bandwidth management.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Configure, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, MAN, and VPN infrastructures.
• Manage and support routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, and CPE devices.
• Configure and troubleshoot VPN solutions including IPSec, SSL VPN, GRE tunnels, and site-to-site/client VPN.
• Experience on monitoring tools such as Cacti, PRTG, Zabbix, or SolarWinds.

• Conduct preventive maintenance, firmware upgrades, patch management, and configuration backups.
• Escalate complex incidents to NOC or engineering teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies such as:
o Artificial Intelligence
o Cloud networking
o Zero Trust Architecture
o SD-WAN
o Network automation (Ansible, scripting)
