Customer Relationship Executive

As a Customer Relationship Executive at Hypertag Solutions Ltd, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients. This position involves a combination of on-field and office-based tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:
- We are employing this role in order to visit the client's office and establish a business relationship.
-Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
-Act as a liaison between the customer and the internal teams to ensure smooth communication and problem resolution.
-Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
-Collaborate with teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
-Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and retention goals.

Job Requirements:
-We are looking for a good looking, smart and professional responsible person.
-She must have strong communication skills with clear voice.
-Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
-Willingness to travel within the designated region.
- Computer operating. (Microsoft Word, Excel & Internet browsing, Bangla typing).

Educational Requirements:
Must have Bachelor's degree in Business or IT Background any reputed University.
