Pechas Game Studios is Hiring!

We are looking for a marketing and sales manager to work with us on a variety of client based projects.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Creating and Executing new marketing and sales plans for potential and existing clients
2. Actively searching for clients, including visiting them physically to pitch them ideas
3. Getting clients onboard and acquiring work orders
4. Maintaining regular communication with clients over various communications mediums, as well as providing regular updates to them
5. Work with our team closely to ensure all projects are completed within deadline and to the highest quality possible.
6. Handle billing with the clients
7. Manage our team during ongoing projects and efficiently assign tasks to teammates
8. Create and maintain documentation of all projects, as well as create project proposals and presentations

Job Requirements:

1. Must have fluent written and spoken efficiency in both Bangla and English
2. At least 2 years of experience in the same or similar position
3. Must be able to work under extreme pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
4. Having a degree in Business administration with focus on marketing and sales is a big plus
5. Past working experience with an advertising agency is also a big plus

Salary:

Initial monthly salary of up to BDT 40,000 based on skills and qualifications

Summarized Rules of the tournament (full rules and regulations will be posted soon!):

1. You must have a Robi/Airtel SIM to be eligible for the tournament
2. You must be subscribed to the Goli Cricket services using your SIM to access the tournament. This subscription needs to be continued throughout the length of the tournament.
3.The tournament will be 25 days long, with 5 day long stages making up 5 stages each.
4. Winners will be selected on a first to arrive basis: the first person to reach the 5,000 trophy mark will be the winner, followed by the rest.
5. If not enough players cross the 5,000 trophy mark, the rest of the winners will be selected based on who crossed the 2,500 trophy mark.
