We, Digital Run Limited (DR), we are introducing “DR Internship Program” for 4 months. If you are selected, the Next 4 months will be a Turning point in your life. You will go under rigorous training and in the field level activities, if you turn out as a pure sales personnel through your performance with a hunger of grabbing tech deals within your intern period, you will be selected for your next journey as Tech Sales Personnel.
As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you’ll collaborate with our sales and marketing team to identify prospects, execute field level activities, and contribute to revenue growth. You’ll gain hands-on experience in B2B/B2C sales cycles, CRM management.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
○ Identify potential clients (e.g., Corporates, SMEs, enterprises) through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and social media.
○ Qualify leads based on company needs and budget alignment.
2. Sales Outreach
○ Conduct cold calls, emails, and follow-ups to schedule demos and meetings.
○ Assist in crafting persuasive sales pitches and proposals.
3. CRM Management
○ Update and maintain prospect/client data in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Bitrix24).
○ Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and conversion metrics.
4. Sales Support
○ Prepare sales collateral (e.g., product brochures, case studies, competitor comparisons).
○ Shadow senior sales reps during client calls and negotiations.
5. Marketing Collaboration
○ Assist in creating content for email campaigns, social media, or blogs to attract leads.
6. Market Research
○ Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points to refine sales strategies.
7. Reporting
○ Compile Daily/weekly/monthly reports on lead generation, conversions, and pipeline health.

Education
○ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field.
Additional Requirements
○ No experience required.
○ Highly proficient in English. This is a must.
○ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
○ Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
○ Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
○ Thrives in a dynamic environment and is open to feedback.
