সম্মানিত ক্রেতাবৃন্দ, ডিজিটাল টেক জোন সব সময় কাস্টমারদের সর্বোচ্চ গুরুত্ব দিয়ে থাকে। এতদসত্বেও গ্রাহক সেবার মান উন্নত, সময়োপযোগী এবং দ্রুততর করার জন্য কিছু নিয়ম-কানুন মেনে কার্য পরিচালনা করতে হয়। সম্মানিত গ্রাহকদের প্রতি বিশেষভাবে অনুরোধ, ডিজিটাল টেক জোন থেকে কম্পিউটার বা আইটি পণ্য কেনার পূর্বে নিম্নে উল্লেখিত নিয়মাবলী ভালোভাবে পড়ে অনুসরণ করবেন। ধন্যবাদ।

ওয়ারেন্টি নীতিমালা
বিক্রয়ের সময় যে সমস্ত প্রোডাক্টের ওয়ারেন্টি ঘোষণা করা হয় সেগুলো মূলত পণ্য প্রস্তুতকারক কর্তৃক প্রদান করা ওয়ারেন্টি। অর্থাৎ বিক্রিত পণ্যের ওয়ারেন্টি সেবা নির্দিষ্ট ব্র্যান্ডের মূল কোম্পানি প্রদান করে থাকে। ওয়ারেন্টি সেবার ভিন্নতার কারণে প্রত্যেকটি ব্র্যান্ডের নিজস্ব শর্তাবলী রয়েছে, যা তাদের অফিসিয়াল ওয়েবসাইটে উল্লেখ থাকে। এ ক্ষেত্রে সহায়ক প্রতিষ্ঠান হিসেবে ডিজিটাল টেক জোন মূল ব্র্যান্ড কোম্পানিগুলোর ওয়ারেন্টি শর্ত কার্যকর করার মাধ্যম হিসেবে কাজ করে।
প্রস্তুতকারী প্রতিষ্ঠানের নির্ধারিত ওয়ারেন্টি শর্তাবলী নিম্নরূপঃ
ডিজিটাল টেক জোন প্রতিটি প্রোডাক্টের আন্তর্জাতিক, দেশীয় এবং বাংলাদেশ কম্পিউটার সমিতি (BCS) কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত ওয়ারেন্টি নীতিমালা অনুসরণ করে।
ওয়ারেন্টি হল উৎপাদনকারী/আমদানিকারক এবং ক্রেতার মধ্যে একটি চুক্তি, যার মাধ্যমে বিক্রিত পণ্যের মেরামত বা প্রতিস্থাপনের দায়িত্ব উৎপাদনকারী বা আমদানিকারকের উপর বর্তায়।
ক্রয়কৃত পণ্যের ওয়ারেন্টি সেবা পেতে Digital Tech Zone ক্রেতাকে সহযোগিতা করে এবং ক্রেতা ও প্রস্তুতকারী প্রতিষ্ঠানের মধ্যে মধ্যস্থতাকারী হিসেবে কাজ করে।
ক্রেতা ঢাকার মধ্যে অবস্থান করলে সরাসরি সার্ভিস সেন্টারে ওয়ারেন্টি ক্লেইম করতে পারবেন। ঢাকার বাইরে হলে কুরিয়ার মাধ্যমে পণ্য পাঠিয়েও ওয়ারেন্টি ক্লেইম করা যাবে।
Digital Tech Zone কর্তৃক আমদানিকৃত অধিকাংশ প্রোডাক্টের ওয়ারেন্টি দ্রুত সময়ের মধ্যে প্রদান করা হয় এবং কিছু ক্ষেত্রে তাৎক্ষণিক পরিবর্তন করা হয়।
সব পণ্যের উপর ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য নয়। শুধুমাত্র যে পণ্যে মূল কোম্পানি ওয়ারেন্টি ঘোষণা করে থাকে সেগুলোর ক্ষেত্রে ওয়ারেন্টি কার্যকর হবে।
ল্যাপটপের ব্র্যান্ড ও মডেল অনুযায়ী ওয়ারেন্টি ১-৩ বছর পর্যন্ত হতে পারে। তবে ল্যাপটপ ব্যাটারি ও অ্যাডাপ্টারের ওয়ারেন্টি সাধারণত ১ বছর।
ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় থাকা পণ্যে ত্রুটি ধরা পড়লে তা মেরামত করা হবে অথবা প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে পরিবর্তন করা হবে।
নির্দিষ্ট মডেলের পণ্য স্টকে না থাকলে ডিজিটাল টেক জোন সমমানের অন্য ব্র্যান্ডের পণ্য দিয়ে পরিবর্তন করতে পারে।
যদি সমমানের পণ্যও স্টকে না থাকে তবে মূল্য সমন্বয় করে উন্নত মানের পণ্য দেওয়া হতে পারে।
পণ্য মেরামত বা পরিবর্তন সম্ভব না হলে অবচয় সমন্বয় করে অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হতে পারে।
পণ্য ব্যবহারের সময় বা সার্ভিসের সময় যদি কোনো সফটওয়্যার বা ডাটা নষ্ট হয়ে যায়, তার দায়ভার Digital Tech Zone বহন করবে না।
সার্ভিস সম্পন্ন হওয়ার নির্দিষ্ট সময় নির্ধারিত নয়; সাধারণত ৫-৭ দিন থেকে ৩৫-৪০ দিন পর্যন্ত সময় লাগতে পারে।
অধিকাংশ ক্ষেত্রে সম্পূর্ণ প্রোডাক্ট রিপেয়ার না করে নষ্ট পার্টস পরিবর্তন করা হয়।
বিক্রয়ের সময় দেওয়া কম্পিউটার সেটআপ বা অপারেটিং সিস্টেম কাস্টমাইজেশন ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পড়ে না।
লাইফটাইম ওয়ারেন্টি
লাইফটাইম ওয়ারেন্টি বলতে বোঝায়, যতদিন পর্যন্ত পণ্যটি বাজারে প্রচলিত থাকবে ততদিন পর্যন্ত ওয়ারেন্টি সেবা পাওয়া যাবে। যদি কোনো পণ্য EOL (End of Life) হিসেবে গণ্য হয়, তাহলে সেই পণ্যের লাইফটাইম ওয়ারেন্টি কার্যকর থাকবে না। BCS নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী লাইফটাইম ওয়ারেন্টির সর্বোচ্চ সুবিধা সাধারণত ২ বছর পর্যন্ত প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
ওয়ারেন্টির বাইরে সার্ভিস
ওয়ারেন্টির আওতার বাইরে যেকোন সার্ভিসের জন্য Digital Tech Zone নির্ধারিত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে।
কোনো যন্ত্রাংশ পরিবর্তনের প্রয়োজন হলে তা ক্রেতাকে সংগ্রহ করতে হবে অথবা সম্মতির ভিত্তিতে অগ্রিম মূল্য পরিশোধ সাপেক্ষে Digital Tech Zone এর মাধ্যমে সংগ্রহ করা যেতে পারে।
ক্রয়-বিক্রয় নীতিমালা
Digital Tech Zone থেকে পণ্য ক্রয় করার মাধ্যমে ক্রেতা এই Terms and Conditions এর সকল শর্তাবলী মেনে নিতে সম্মত হন।
ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত পণ্যের বিবরণ, মূল্য, এবং প্রাপ্যতা যেকোন সময় পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
Digital Tech Zone প্রয়োজনবোধে কোনো অর্ডার গ্রহণ বা বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
ডেলিভারির সময়সীমা
Digital Tech Zone সারা বাংলাদেশে পণ্য ডেলিভারি প্রদান করে।
ঢাকার মধ্যে ডেলিভারি সময়: সাধারণত ১-২ কার্যদিবস
ঢাকার বাইরে ডেলিভারি সময়: সাধারণত ২-৫ কার্যদিবস
প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, কুরিয়ার সমস্যা বা অন্যান্য অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত কারণে ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হতে পারে, সে ক্ষেত্রে Digital Tech Zone এর উপর কোনো দায় বর্তাবে না।
পণ্য ফেরত নীতিমালা
গ্রাহক যদি ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্যে কোনো দৃশ্যমান ত্রুটি বা ভুল পণ্য পান, তাহলে ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে Digital Tech Zone এর সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।
পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে:
পণ্য অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত ও অক্ষত অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে
পণ্যের মূল বক্স, এক্সেসরিজ এবং ইনভয়েস থাকতে হবে
ব্যবহৃত বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য ফেরত গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না
মূল্য ফেরত নীতিমালা
যদি কোনো কারণে পণ্য পরিবর্তন বা মেরামত সম্ভব না হয়, তাহলে Digital Tech Zone অবচয় ও নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী মূল্য ফেরত দিতে পারে।
রিফান্ড অনুমোদিত হলে:
রিফান্ড সাধারণত ৫-১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন করা হয়
রিফান্ড ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার, মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং অথবা মূল পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতে প্রদান করা হতে পারে
বিক্রয়োত্তর সেবা (After Sales Service)
Digital Tech Zone ক্রেতাদের জন্য বিক্রয়োত্তর সেবা প্রদান করে থাকে।

ওয়ারেন্টির বাইরে কোনো সার্ভিসের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য সার্ভিস চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে।
যেসব ক্ষেত্রে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে না
নিম্নোক্ত ক্ষেত্রে ওয়ারেন্টি কার্যকর হবে না—
অসতর্ক ব্যবহারজনিত ক্ষতি (পানিতে ভেজা, ভাঙা, পুড়ে যাওয়া, আঘাতপ্রাপ্ত হওয়া ইত্যাদি)।
পণ্যের সিরিয়াল স্টিকার নষ্ট বা অপসারণ হলে।
মাদারবোর্ড, গ্রাফিক্স কার্ড বা র্যামে ফাংগাস, মরিচা বা গভীর ক্ষত থাকলে।
প্রসেসর বা মাদারবোর্ডের পিন ভাঙা বা বাঁকা হলে।
BIOS পাসওয়ার্ড সংক্রান্ত সমস্যার দায়ভার সম্পূর্ণ ক্রেতার।
Apple MacBook এর নিজস্ব অপারেটিং সিস্টেম মুছে ফেললে।
প্রিন্টার কার্টিজ, টোনার, ড্রাম, রোলার, মেইন্টেনেন্স বক্স ইত্যাদি অংশ ওয়ারেন্টির বাইরে।
প্রস্তুতকারক নির্ধারিত কালি বা টোনার ছাড়া অন্য কিছু ব্যবহার করলে।
কম্বো কিবোর্ড-মাউসের ক্ষেত্রে সম্পূর্ণ সেট জমা না দিলে।
প্রিন্টার, স্ক্যানার, রাউটার, সুইচ ইত্যাদির পাওয়ার অ্যাডাপ্টার সাধারণত ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পড়ে না।
গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নির্দেশনা
ওয়ারেন্টি ক্লেইমের সময় প্রোডাক্টের বক্স সাথে আনা বাধ্যতামূলক হতে পারে।
সার্ভিস বিভাগে জমা দেওয়া পণ্য ২ মাসের বেশি সময় পড়ে থাকলে কোম্পানি দায়ভার নাও নিতে পারে।
ওয়ারেন্টি রিসিভ পেপার হারিয়ে গেলে ক্রয়ের রশিদ প্রদর্শন করতে হবে।
প্রতারণা সংক্রান্ত সতর্কতা
কিছু অসাধু ব্যক্তি বা প্রতিষ্ঠান Digital Tech Zone এর ইনভয়েস নকল করে বিভিন্ন ওয়েবসাইট বা সামাজিক মাধ্যমে নকল পণ্য বিক্রি করে প্রতারণার চেষ্টা করতে পারে। তাই অন্য কোনো ব্যক্তি বা প্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে পণ্য কেনার আগে অবশ্যই ইনভয়েস যাচাই করে নিন।
মূল্য সংক্রান্ত নীতিমালা
ওয়েবসাইটের কারিগরি ত্রুটির কারণে যদি কোনো পণ্যের মূল্য ভুলভাবে প্রদর্শিত হয় এবং তা বাজার মূল্যের সাথে অসঙ্গতিপূর্ণ হয়, তবে Digital Tech Zone কর্তৃপক্ষ ক্রেতাকে অবগত করে অথবা না করে সেই অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

However, to ensure better, faster, and more efficient customer service, it is necessary to operate according to certain policies and guidelines. Therefore, we kindly request all respected customers to carefully read and follow the following terms and conditions before purchasing any computer or IT products from Digital Tech Zone. Thank you.
Warranty Policy
The warranty announced at the time of sale for any product is mainly provided by the product manufacturer. This means that the warranty service for sold products is generally handled by the original brand manufacturer.
Since warranty services vary from brand to brand, each brand has its own warranty terms and conditions which are mentioned on their official websites. In this case, Digital Tech Zone acts as a facilitating service provider to help customers obtain warranty service from the respective brand companies.
The warranty policies determined by manufacturers are as follows:
Digital Tech Zone follows international, local, and Bangladesh Computer Samity (BCS) warranty policies for each product.
A warranty is an agreement between the manufacturer/importer and the customer, under which the manufacturer or importer is responsible for repairing or replacing the sold product if necessary.
To receive warranty service for purchased products, Digital Tech Zone assists the customer and acts as an intermediary between the customer and the manufacturer/importer.
Customers located within Dhaka can directly claim warranty service at the service center. Customers outside Dhaka may also claim warranty service by sending the product through courier.
Most products imported by Digital Tech Zone are serviced within a short time, and in some cases defective products are replaced immediately.
Not all products come with warranty. Warranty is only applicable to products where the original manufacturer provides warranty coverage.
Laptop warranty usually ranges from 1 to 3 years depending on brand and model, while laptop batteries and adapters typically have 1 year warranty.
If a product under warranty develops a fault after purchase, it will be repaired or replaced depending on the situation.
If the same model is unavailable in stock, Digital Tech Zone may replace it with another equivalent product from a different brand.
If an equivalent product is unavailable, an upgraded product may be provided with price adjustment.
If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund may be issued after depreciation adjustment.
Digital Tech Zone is not responsible for any data or software loss during product use or while servicing the product.
The time required for warranty service is not fixed. It may take 5–7 days up to 35–40 days or more, depending on the availability of spare parts.
In most cases, defective parts are replaced rather than repairing the entire product.
Computer setup or operating system customization provided at the time of sale is not covered under warranty.
Lifetime Warranty
Lifetime warranty means warranty service will be provided as long as the product remains available in the market. If the product reaches EOL (End of Life) and becomes discontinued in the market, the lifetime warranty will no longer apply.
According to BCS policy, lifetime warranty service may be provided for a maximum of 2 years.
Services Outside Warranty
For any service outside the warranty coverage, Digital Tech Zone reserves the right to charge service fees with the customer’s approval.
If any parts need replacement during service, customers must arrange them themselves or Digital Tech Zone may arrange them upon advance payment with customer consent.
Purchase and Sales Policy
By purchasing products from Digital Tech Zone, customers agree to comply with all the terms and conditions stated on this website.
Product descriptions, prices, and availability displayed on the website may change at any time without prior notice.
Digital Tech Zone reserves the right to accept or cancel any order if necessary.
Delivery Time Policy
Digital Tech Zone provides product delivery services across Bangladesh.
Estimated delivery time:
Inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days
Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days
Delivery time may be delayed due to courier issues, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Digital Tech Zone shall not be held responsible for the delay.
Product Return Policy
If a customer receives a defective product or the wrong item, they must contact Digital Tech Zone within 24 hours of receiving the product.
For a return request to be accepted:
The product must be unused and in original condition
The original box, accessories, and invoice must be included
Used or physically damaged products will not be eligible for return
Refund Policy
If a product cannot be repaired or replaced according to company policy, Digital Tech Zone may issue a refund after necessary depreciation adjustments.
If a refund is approved:
The refund will be processed within 5–10 working days
Refunds may be issued through bank transfer, mobile banking, or the original payment method
After Sales Service
Digital Tech Zone provides after-sales support for customers.
This service may include:
Warranty support
Product servicing
Technical assistance
Hardware or software related consultation
Services that are not covered under warranty may require applicable service charges.
Situations Where Warranty Will Not Apply
Warranty will not apply in the following situations:
Damage caused by misuse such as water damage, physical breakage, burning, impact damage, or severe scratches.
If the product’s serial number or warranty sticker is removed or damaged.
If fungus, rust, or deep scratches are found on motherboard, graphics card, or RAM.
If processor or motherboard pins are bent, broken, or damaged.
BIOS password related issues are the customer’s responsibility.
Removing the original operating system from Apple MacBook.
Printer consumables such as cartridges, toner, drum, roller, maintenance box, etc.
Using ink or toner other than the manufacturer-approved products.
For combo keyboard and mouse products, the entire set must be submitted for warranty claims.
Power adapters for printers, scanners, routers, switches, and similar devices are generally not covered under warranty.
Important Instructions
Customers may be required to bring the product box during warranty claims.
If a product remains uncollected in the service department for more than 2 months, the company may not take responsibility for it.
If the warranty receipt is lost, the original purchase invoice must be provided.
Fraud Warning
Some dishonest individuals or organizations may attempt to sell counterfeit products using fake Digital Tech Zone invoices through websites or social media platforms.
Customers are strongly advised to verify invoices before purchasing products from any third party to avoid fraud.
Pricing Policy
Due to possible technical errors on the website, if a product price is displayed incorrectly or is inconsistent with the current market price, Digital Tech Zone reserves the right to cancel the order with or without prior notice to the customer.
