Salary Range: 14,000 to 25,000
1. Candidates have to make outbound calls to Australia to sell our products or services.
2. Generate new sales or subscriptions to the different services offered.
3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
4. Required Agent will have to work Morning Shift (7:00 AM-3: 00 PM) from the office.
5. Previous experience in Australia-based outbound campaigns will get special preference.
6. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵.
7. HSC, O Level, A-Level, Bachelor's degree in any discipline
8. Performance bonus facility.
9. Salary Review: First Half Yearly then Every Year.
10. Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
11. Attendance Bonus 2000 Tk
12. Transportation Allowance 1000Tk after 3 months of employment and 1500Tk after 1 year of employment.
13. Free Lunch Facilities after 3 Months of Employment.
14. Year-End Bonus (Half of the Monthly Basic Salary)
