Ideaite, a small Strategic Design studio is looking for an Associate who is passionate about Branding, Strategy & Research.

Name of Position:
Associate- Research & Strategic Design.
Major Responsibilities (are not limited to):
1. Learning and Implementing major tools of Human-Centered Design in Strategic Design Projects.
2. Understanding the needs and desires, Pain, and Gain of target customers or key stakeholders in a project.
3. Keen on learning Enterprise Prototyping tools like Business Model or Value Proposition or Ad-libs.
4. Conducting Desk Research, FInding Key Research Questions, and then validating hypotheses through Participatory Research such as In-depth Interviews.
5. Understanding the Context(or Environment) of the User for different Products.
6. Crafting Brand Strategy in our major Positioning Projects.
7. Crafting Content Planning and Strategy for Digital Services.

Mindset:
Collaborative and Co-creative.
Empathetic
Continuous Unlearning and Learning (Mindset of accepting the fact that What is working today, may not work tomorrow)

Educational Requirement (Scope of Study)
BBA in Marketing.

Must-Have:
Sharp Eyes (for Observation)

Job Description:
1. Engage new and existing customers on behalf of the brands.
2. Be responsible for the contribution of information to any media and most especially to digital media.
3. Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics.
4. Produce entertaining or educational materials that cater to the interests and challenges of the target audience.
5. Producing marketing copy to advertise products and services, write blog posts about industry-related topics and promote content on social media and monitor engagement.
6. Update websites content as necessary.
7. Measure web traffic of content (Conversion and bounce rates).
