📍 Position Details

• Position: Junior Flutter Developer
• Location: On-site — Uttara, Dhaka
• Experience: 1+ years (Strong fresh graduates with solid projects are encouraged to apply)
• Employment Type: Full-time (5 days/week)
• Working Hours: 10:00 A.M. – 07:00 P.M.
• Salary: BDT 20,000 – 30,000

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain mobile application features using Flutter & Dart.
• Implement scalable state management with GetX and Riverpod.
• Integrate REST APIs and manage data flow between the app and backend.
• Work with Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications).
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code following OOP principles.
• Debug, optimize, and improve application performance.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams.

✅ Requirements

• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Good problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
• Hands-on experience with GetX state management.
• Experience with Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications).
• Good understanding of Dart fundamentals, null safety, async/await, and Futures.
• Strong knowledge of Flutter widgets, layouts, navigation, and widget lifecycle.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and handling JSON data.
• Familiarity with Git and version control.
• Passion for learning and continuous improvement.

⭐ Bonus Skills

• Knowledge of Clean Architecture or MVVM.
• Experience with Hive, SharedPreferences, or SQLite.
• Basic understanding of unit or widget testing.
• Experience with CI/CD or publishing apps to the Play Store or App Store.
