Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) Developer with a strong background in backend development. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience and a proven track record in building scalable and robust applications. The primary focus will be on the server-side implementation, ensuring the responsiveness and efficiency of the overall application.
Responsibilities:
Backend Development:
Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless communication between the frontend and backend.
Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js.
Integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance application functionality.
Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms.
Frontend Development:
Work closely with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements using React.js and Next.js.
Familiarity with Vue.js and Nuxt.js will be considered a plus.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and visually appealing designs.
Database Management:
Design and manage MongoDB databases, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
Implement data migration, transformation, and scripting as necessary.
Deployment and DevOps:
Deploy applications on cloud platforms like AWS, VPS or Shared Hosting server.
Set up and configure CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
Communication and Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Security:
Implement security best practices to protect against common web application vulnerabilities.
Conduct regular security assessments and implement necessary updates.
Advanced Backend Features:
Implement mailing services for transactional and marketing emails.
Utilize queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Redis) for background job processing and task scheduling.
Implement robust caching policies to enhance application performance.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Full Stack MERN development.
Proven experience in deploying and maintaining applications on cloud platforms.
Solid understanding of backend technologies, including Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
Proficiency in integrating third-party services and APIs.
Experience with implementing mailing services, queues, and caching mechanisms.
Strong knowledge of design patterns and best practices for MERN stack development.
Familiarity with Next.js for server-side rendering in React.
Familiarity with Vue.js and Nuxt.js is a plus.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization (e.g., Docker).
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
