Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Scramble the eggs and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté onions and veggies until tender.
Add the rice and stir-fry for 2–3 mins.
Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
Toss in the scrambled eggs and mix well.
Garnish with chopped green onions—and done! 🌱
