This means that we not only have a focus on making our sites look elegant but also have a focus on building complex and functional websites. Few web design companies build websites well and few web development companies design great websites but as a complete web design agency we can confidently say that we do both extremely well. Although we have only been really actively trading for around 2 yea

rs, we have grown in the middle of a recession and we are now over 15 people in the company (with more to come soon hopefully). Our Company focuses on building trust and long-term relationships with our clients.

We are seeking an experienced and driven E-commerce Key Account Manager to join our team. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key e-commerce customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and creating and implementing sales strategies to onboard the seller. This individual will work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and meet or exceed sales targets.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

✪ Build and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce customers
✪ Identify and develop new sales opportunities
✪ Contact various businesses to onboard them on our business

✪ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
✪ Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition

✪ Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in a key account management or sales role within the e-commerce industry
