Partner Commission Agreement
This Partner Commission Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Asia GEP (Asia Global Edge Professionals) and the undersigned partner ("Partner") to establish the terms and conditions under which the Partner may earn commissions by referring clients to Asia GEP's Rental Services and Project Services.
1. Purpose of the Agreement
The purpose of this Agreement is to outline a mutually beneficial arrangement whereby the Partner earns commissions for referring clients to Asia GEP’s services, contributing to shared business growth.
2. Commission Structure
2.1 Rental Service Referrals
10% commission on the first-time rental service payment by the referred client.
3% commission on all subsequent rental service renewals, for the lifetime of the client relationship.
Renewal commissions continue as long as the referred client maintains the service with Asia GEP.
2.2 Project Referrals
15% commission on new project referrals.
5% commission on any future projects initiated directly by the same client, for the lifetime of the relationship.
Lifetime commissions remain active as long as the referred client continues working with Asia GEP.
3. Commission Withdrawal
Partners may request withdrawal of earned commissions through their Asia GEP wallet account.
Withdrawals are processed via bank transfer on working days only.
Commissions are payable within 15 working days after payment confirmation from the referred client.
4. Additional Terms
All referrals must be properly tracked and verifiable through Asia GEP’s internal system.
If a referred client is later contacted or referred again by a different partner, the original referrer retains full commission rights, provided their account remains active and in good standing.
In the case of referral disputes, the decision of Asia GEP—based on internal records—shall be final.
Asia GEP reserves the right to audit and verify all referral claims for authenticity.
5. Duration & Termination
This Agreement is effective from the date of signature and shall continue indefinitely unless terminated.
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing 30 days written notice.
Asia GEP reserves the right to terminate the Agreement immediately for unethical behavior, fraud, or violation of any terms outlined herein.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all business, client, and referral-related information received as part of this Agreement and not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
8. Acceptance
By signing below, the Partner acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated in this Agreement.
