একটা দোকান। একজন মালিক। সারাদিন বিক্রি করেন।

রাতে বাসায় ফেরেন - মনে থাকে না আজকে ঠিক কত টাকা আয় হয়েছে।

কারণ হিসাব রাখার সময় নেই।
খাতা হারিয়ে যায়।
বাকির কথা ভুলে যান।

এই সমস্যাটা ছোট মনে হয়। কিন্তু বাংলাদেশের ৮০ লক্ষ দোকানদারের এটাই বাস্তবতা।

This is the brain behind our sales operations! You will work entirely from our office, focusing on deep market research, lead generation, and strategic planning. You will be the core source of data for our field sales team.

What You Will Do:
->Source, hunt, and generate high-quality client leads (B2B/B2C) for our tech products and services.
->Extract contact details, build a solid database, and assign potential client lists to the Field Sales team.
->Build the complete sales pipeline, plan out "who to call" and "where to go" for the sales executives.
->Research new market trends and prepare strategies to grab new business opportunities.

Requirements:
->Excellent research and data mining skills (LinkedIn, Google, Directories).
->Strategic mindset to understand business models and find potential buyers.
->Strong organizational skills to manage sales data and pipelines efficiently.
