Our Infrastructure

ITEL IIG’s Network operations are currently located at key Dhaka city points such as Gulshan, Banani, Motijheel, Uttara, Moghbazar, with its. State-of-the-art Data Center located at Dhanmondi.

The immediate goal for ITEL IIG’s to extend the Network within the country:

• Data Center (DC) = 01
• Disaster Recovery (DR) = 01
• Core PoP = 15
• Access / Distribution PoP = 80

Each of these PoP will be facilitate with:
• 2 to 3 layer of backbone redundancy
• 2 to 3 layer of Power backup
• Hardware redundancy
• Decentralized Human resource management

Secured IP Bandwidth (SECIPBW) Internet access and connectivity through Satellite and submarine cable systems (Bundle Offer). Here Secured IP Bandwidth is 90% Submarine Cable IP Bandwidth (SMCIPBW) and 10% Satellite IP Bandwidth (SATIPBW) for downlink bandwidth, termed as SECIPBW.

Satellite IP Bandwidth will be provided as per the following: Satellite IP Bandwidth : Asynchronous or synchronous satellite bandwidth, MRC (Monthly Recurring Cost, Prepaid on Monthly basis) charged on simplex basis (applied to total uplink plus down link bandwidth)

Submarine Cable IP Bandwidth (SMCIPBW) Internet access and connectivity through Submarine Cable systems. Where Internet means worldwide collection of public and private router based networks that are connected via gateways and exchange points and which will all utilize TCP/IP protocol suite.

Data Connectivity (L2 & L3)

The data connectivity is provided with two different segments: Layer 3 Connectivity and Layer 2 Connectivity. Apart from these a dedicated Fiber lease line (Duct Fiber) is provided to meet the requirements of a few clients. These services are provided with an underground cable through NTTN operators and our own overhead Fiber cable is also used whenever applicable.
• An IP/MPLS data communication point-to-point and point-to-multi point facilitating with Layer-2/Layer-3 VPN or IP-SEC VPN is used for nationwide and overseas links.

• Highly secured and protocol independent TDM based point-to-point and point-to-multi point data circuits and leased lines for corporate clients within the country and through IPLC to overseas links over a robust fiber optic underground backbone with an auto-redundancy path facility.

• Carrier Ethernet Solution with higher data bandwidth (10 Mbps to higher).
