Job Location: 292, Elephant Road, Dhaka-1205
Employment Status: Full-time
(Night Shift: 7 PM to 4 AM with 1 hour break)
Salary: Negotiable (Based on Experience)

Benefits:
1. Annual increment (based on performance)
2. Bid Approval Profit Bonus
3. Eid Bonus

Qualification and Requirements:
* Graduate from any discipline from a reputed University (NSU, IUB,
AIUB, BRACU and other renowned institutions will be given
preference)
* Minimum 1 year of experience in "Property Preservation Work
Order Processing".
* Expecting real-time experience on bid processing, estimates,
importing & editing work orders, chargeback disputing and
many more.
* ⁠Must be experienced in preservation work order processing with
the following clients:
MCS, Safeguard, MSI, Brookstone Management, Cyprexx,
First Allegiance, Single Source and others.
* Must have high proficiency in English (spoken, writing, reading
and listening), IELTS completed or English-Medium students will
be given preference
* Must have dedication and commitment to the company to grow
together.
