MVP 2016 honorably called out Le Duy Khanh. Let's have a conversation with Khanh to know more about this "bunny-teeth" guy!

- First, congratulations on your winning MVP 2016. How do you feel then and now?

I was shaking, happy and emotional at the same time. I never thought I could have the chance to win the award, I also prepared what to say, but when I came on stage, I was so happy that I forgot everything :D I will try my best to work better and devote more in the future.

- What will you do with that 12 mils prize? Are you ready for the trip to Japan?

Most of it will be spent to celebrate a party with my family, my friends and my colleagues (hope it is enough :D). The rest will be given to my wife to prepare for Tet holiday. This will be my 2nd time to visit Japan, I will spend a few more days to visit some places.

- Are you learning a new skill or program at the moment?

Now, I'm investing time on skills of project management, human resource management, sometimes I also learn about the new technologies in programming to support developers. Moreover, I study Agile in order to guide members to work effectively.

- What's your plan for 2017 Lunar New Year? Let's send a message to your team.

I will spend time with my family, relax and go out. To my team, thank you all for your great supports, let's try harder in the future!

2016 FAA（Framgia Annual Awards)
FAA - The most anticipating annual awards of Framgia, was held in a momentous atmosphere on December 23rd, 2016 at National Convention Center. Outstanding individuals and groups were called out in 11 awards categories. After 4 years of operation in Vietnam, Framgia already exceeded 800 employees, with relentless efforts to reach new peaks.

In this special occasion, Framgia pleased to welcome many distinguished guests and partners to join. The ceremony left a huge impression with professionalism, extravaganza stage, sound and light, the attractive musical performances from singer Le Hieu, Quoc Thien, VIGGAZ dance crew and solemnly awards. Never before seen, all Framgiaer donned so elegant, well-prepared gowns and suits. Last mid-December, the monthly Welcome Official Staff ceremony was hold both in Hanoi and Da Nang to greet new Framgia-ers. All freshmen learned about the company's history through photos, knew more about the internal culture, the vision of company, also recognized the mission and opportunity of their owns. Moreover, freshmen shared feelings about the working environment, interesting memories in the short video "Framgia in my eyes", showed a special love for Framgia, always sticking to all colleagues as members in a family. The ceremony ended as the freshmen received their staff name cards.

The old way is often just change the color of text and create a line under it, but now with CSS, we can use hover effect in more ways. Developers can add time switch or create a motion effect with hover effect. We can slide, zoom with different speed, visibility and do more things with CSS.

We mainly accept projects for devoted service, but we also do contracting jobs for individual development project. The advantage of dedicated service is that we work with our client closely and look for solutions together to make products. Since we do a lot of agile development projects without specifications, advanced skills are required for our engineers. Framgia Bangladesh have a lot of schemes in place to improve the skills of our engineers and we believe it is the best environment for engineers who want to improve their skills.
