Please be informed that as per update information from SMW4 MNOC, revised POW of Maintenance Window-3 of SMW-4, will be done at segment 1.3 and segment 1.5 of SEA-ME-WE-4 cable system on below tentative window.
Maintenance Window-3
Starting Time: 14:00-UTC-18 NOV,2016 (Local time 20:00 -17 NOV, 2016) (tentatively)
Ending Time: 22:00-UTC-24 NOV, 2016 (Local time 04:00 – 23 NOV, 2016) (tentatively)
Please be informed that power reconfiguration will commence on 17-Nov-2016 between 1600 UTC – 2000UTC (Local time 20:00 – 02:00) (tentatively)
Impact During these maintenance windows, our partial East bound circuits will remain down. In that case, you may face higher latency to Eastern routes, your traffic will be rerouted via Western.
Please also note that, during this maintenance window there will be power reconfiguration in SMW-4 cable (4 times) This will cause our partial upstream down for maximum of 4 hours for each time and you will face BW Congestion. High Latency and packet Loss to destination networks at this time frame.
