to join our HR & Administration team.
This is an entry-level learning opportunity suitable for fresh graduates who are interested in developing practical knowledge and experience in Human Resources and office administration.
The trainee will work closely with the HR & Administration team and gain hands-on exposure to various HR activities and day-to-day office operations.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
-Assist the HR team with day-to-day HR activities.
-Support recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
-Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR documents.
-Support employee onboarding activities.
-Assist with attendance, leave, and other employee-related information.
-Help prepare basic HR letters, notices, and documents as required.
-Assist with payroll-related data and information.
-Support employee communication and general HR coordination.
-Assist in organizing meetings, interviews, and other HR activities.
-Provide support in general office administration when required.
-Learn and follow the company's HR policies, procedures, and workplace practices.
-Perform other basic HR and administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.
