💼 Position: Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and leadership-driven Operations Manager to oversee our BPO operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, manage performance, and drive operational excellence in alignment with company goals.
📌 Key Responsibilities
✅ Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments
✅ Lead, coach, and mentor team leaders and staff to achieve performance targets
✅ Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices
✅ Monitor KPIs, generate reports, and recommend improvements
✅ Coordinate with management to align business strategies with client needs
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
✅ Maintain a positive, productive, and motivating work environment
📋 Required Qualifications
✔ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in BPO operations, team leadership, or management role
✔ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
✔ Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and workflow management tools
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
💰 Compensation & Benefits
Basic Salary: Fixed 22,000 BDT/month
🎯 Performance Bonus
📈 Salary Review: Half-yearly & annually
🎉 Festival Bonus: 2 per year
🎁 Year-End Bonus: Half of monthly basic salary
🍽️ Free Dinner (after 3 months)
🚨 Night Shift Allowance (as per labor law)
