Position: Media Buying Specialist (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

We’re looking for a results-driven Media Buying Specialist who understands modern paid media, especially for plugins and mobile apps. If you love testing, scaling campaigns, and optimizing ROI—this role is for you.
Objectives of this Role:
● Plan and execute high-performing Google Ads & Facebook Ads campaigns for our products (CTX Feed, Challan, Disco, Gonit, Chintu etc.)
● Build and optimize full-funnel strategies (awareness → consideration → conversion)
● Reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while increasing conversions and revenue
● Continuously test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to scale performance
● Use data-driven insights to improve campaign ROI and growth
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage end-to-end paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), Facebook/Instagram Ads (Meta Ads Manager)
● Conduct audience research (B2B, eCommerce store owners, WooCommerce users)
● Perform A/B testing (ad copy, creatives, landing pages)
● Track and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel
● Optimize campaigns based on CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
● Collaborate with Design team (ad creatives), Content team (landing pages, copy
● Scale winning campaigns and pause underperforming ones
● Stay updated with ad platform changes, policies, and trends
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Proven experience (2+ years) in Google Ads & Facebook Ads
● Strong understanding of Conversion tracking (Pixel, GTM, GA4), Funnel-based marketing, Retargeting & lookalike audiences
● Experience running ads for: WordPress plugins/Mobile Apps (Highly preferred)
● Ability to analyze data and make performance-based decisions
● Strong knowledge of Keyword research, Audience targeting, Bid strategies
● Good communication and reporting skills.
Education Requirements:
We don’t focus on your degree, university, or CGPA. What matters most is your passion for media buying and performance marketing.
Preferred Skills (Bonus Points):
● Experience with WordPress/Mobile Apps ecosystem
● Familiarity with tools like: Ahrefs / SEMrush, Hotjar / Clarity
● Basic understanding of landing page CRO
● Experience managing $5K–$20K+ monthly ad budgets
