We are looking for a passionate who can contribute to building, training, deploying, and improving AI models in production.
Your Role
As an , you will be responsible for designing and implementing /AI solutions, improving existing models, and deploying them into scalable production systems. You’ll collaborate with engineers and product teams to build features that create real impact.
What You’ll Do
Develop, train, and optimize ML / models for real-world applications
Work on , Document , and/or Vision projects depending on product needs
Perform , , , and feature engineering
Evaluate model performance and iterate using metrics (precision, recall, F1, etc.)
Deploy to production using scalable backend or infrastructure
Build inference , , and optimize latency/performance for production usage
Maintain documentation and version control for , experiments, and model lifecycle
Collaborate with software engineers to integrate ML models into product pipelines
What You’ll Need
Minimum 2 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering or applied development
Strong skills in
Hands-on experience with: and/or
Model training, fine-tuning, and inference
Solid understanding of:
(supervised/unsupervised learning)
concepts (CNN, Transformers, attention)
Experience working with and model experimentation
Good understanding of APIs and integration into backend systems
Nice to Have
Experience with Document AI / OCR workflows (e.g., Tesseract, PaddleOCR, LayoutLM, Donut, TrOCR, etc.)
Experience with LLMs (prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, embeddings)
Familiarity with tools:
HuggingFace Transformers
MLflow / Weights & Biases
Docker, GitHub Actions, CI/CD
Experience deploying on AWS (Lambda, EC2, SageMaker, S3) or similar platforms
Knowledge of FastAPI / Flask for ML inference APIs
