During the onboarding interview, the recruiter asked me a very practical question: "How do you manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality and missing client deadlines?"
Here is the exact 3-step framework I shared with them:
1. The "Internal Deadline" Rule:
I never rely on the client's final deadline. I set my own personal deadline 2-3 days ahead of the actual delivery date. This creates a buffer for any unexpected technical challenges.
2. Task Breakdown (Micro-tasking):
I don't look at a massive project as a whole. I break the requirements down into small, actionable tasks and prioritize them strictly based on immediate needs.
3. Proactive Communication:
Never wait for the client to ask, "What's the update?" Keeping the client in the loop regularly builds immense trust and reduces delivery-day anxiety for both sides.
