🔍 Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead our in-house SEO operations.
You will be responsible for SEO strategy, ex*****on, team management, AI-assisted optimization, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and performance growth for our company and client projects.

✅ Key Responsibilities
• Develop and own the complete SEO strategy
• Lead on-page, off-page, technical & local SEO initiatives
• Plan and supervise high-quality backlink campaigns
• Manage SEO executives, content writers & developers
• Implement AI-assisted SEO workflows & automation
• Optimize content for AI search engines (GEO / SGE / ChatGPT)
• Monitor SEO performance, KPIs & growth metrics
• Handle Google algorithm updates & traffic drops
• Prepare SEO reports for management & stakeholders

🧠 Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in SEO strategy & team leadership
• Strong technical SEO & Core Web Vitals knowledge
• Advanced backlink & content strategy expertise
• Experience with GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog
• Working knowledge of AI SEO & GEO concepts
• Ability to explain SEO results to non-technical stakeholders
• WordPress / HTML / CSS knowledge is a plus

🚀 NT Tech Innovation is looking for proactive designers & fast learners who are eager to enhance the products we are building and support our clients.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Have a good eye for design and knowledge of modern trends.
• Understand product briefs and design from client requirements.
• Pay attention to detail (graphic design skills will be a plus).
• Collaborate with developers, and stakeholders.
• Understand the basics of UX journeys.
• Keep design files well-organized with proper layers.
• Be open to feedback from both clients and colleagues.
• Use Figma and other design tools at an optimal level.
• Use AI tools (v0.dev, Lovable) to accelerate layout and content ideation

🧠 Required Skills:
• Graphic Design skills (a must-have).
• Strong knowledge of Figma.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
