Key Responsibilities
• Create high-quality 2D, 3D, product/service, promotional, explainer, corporate, and AI-powered videos using motion graphics, animations, transitions, visual effects, and professional sound design.
• Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Reels, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
• Transform concepts and creative briefs into compelling visual stories with exceptional attention to detail.
• Develop engaging hooks, optimize content for vertical and social media formats, and maximize audience retention.
• Apply advanced editing techniques, including color correction, color grading, cinematic transitions, audio mixing, sound design, and visual enhancement.
• Ensure every video aligns with NT Tech Innovation's brand identity, creative vision, and quality standards.
• Produce high-performing video content that increases engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
• Maintain outstanding visual quality, storytelling, pacing, timing, and editing consistency across all projects.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative, Marketing, Design, and Project teams to bring ideas to life and incorporate constructive feedback.
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines without compromising creativity or quality.
• Deliver projects with a fast turnaround while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, AI-powered creative tools, motion graphics techniques, and production technologies.
• Receive feedback positively and continuously improve creative output.
Requirements
✅ Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
✅ Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
✅ Excellent understanding of storytelling, pacing, timing, composition, color theory, and visual aesthetics.
✅ Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Excellent time management and project organization skills.
✅ 2–3 years of professional or freelance experience is preferred; however, exceptionally talented freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
⭐ Experience creating content for brands, agencies, software companies, or digital marketing campaigns.
⭐ Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve, or similar creative tools.
⭐ Experience with motion graphics, animation, and AI-powered video editing tools.
⭐ Understanding of current social media trends and viral content strategies.
⭐ Strong portfolio showcasing both short-form and long-form editing projects.

Job Information
📅 Workdays: Saturday – Thursday (6 Days/Week)
🕘 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
💰 Salary: Up to BDT 25,000 (Based on Experience & Portfolio)
Exceptional candidates with outstanding skills and portfolios will be considered for a higher salary package.
Employment Terms
• Probation Period: 3 Months
• Employment Contract: Minimum 1 Year (After Successful Probation)
