RIVO + Code Studio: AI & Humanoid Robotics Core Team Member Recruitment
About the Initiative
This is a prestigious joint venture between RIVO and Code Studio. We are dedicated to building next-generation Embodied AI and Custom Humanoid Robotics from scratch. From advanced physics simulations in MuJuCo to physical hardware prototyping (3D Printing, CNC, Embedded Systems), we are pushing the boundaries of what machines can do.
We are expanding our core team! Instead of looking for rigid job titles, we are looking for exceptional problem-solvers, builders, and researchers who are obsessed with robotics and AI. If you have the skills to make a machine think, move, or perceive, we have a place for you.
Who We Are Looking For (Areas of Interest)
You can apply if your expertise falls into one (or more) of the following tracks:
1. Software & AI Track (The Brain)
Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or C++.
Experience or deep interest in Reinforcement Learning (RL), computer vision, or integrating Large Language Models/VLA models (like Gemini/Gemma) into edge devices.
Familiarity with ROS 2 (Robot Operating System) is a huge plus.
2. Simulation & Control Track (The Nervous System)
Hands-on experience with physics engines like MuJuCo, NVIDIA Isaac Sim, or Webots.
Ability to design, tweak, and export URDF/MJCF robot description models.
Understanding of kinematics, trajectory planning, and robot locomotion.
3. Mechanical & CAD Design Track (The Body)
High proficiency in 3D CAD modeling using Autodesk Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or Onshape.
Experience designing custom joint mechanisms, linkages, and structural frames for robots.
Knowledge of rapid prototyping (3D Printing with PETG/Nylon, CNC Milling, or laser cutting).
4. Electronics & Embedded Systems Track (The Muscles & Senses)
Experience with microcontrollers (Arduino, Teensy, ESP32) and Single Board Computers (NVIDIA Jetson, Raspberry Pi).
Knowledge of motor controllers, smart serial servos (Dynamixel/Feetech), BLDC motors, and communication protocols (CAN bus, I2C, SPI).
Experience with sensors like IMUs, Depth Cameras, and LiDAR.
General Requirements
Educational background in CSE, Mechatronics, Mechanical, EEE, or a self-taught innovator with a killer portfolio.
A strong "First-Principles" thinking and problem-solving attitude.
Passion for R&D and the grit to work on a complex project from the ground up.
Work Location & Compensation
Work Mode: Initially Remote for the first 3-4 months. Afterward, the role will transition to On-site at either our Dhaka or Rajshahi office.
Salary: Negotiable (Based on your skills, experience, and potential impact).
